Adaptive reuse of existing warehouse buildings into departmental county offices including those of the License Bureau, the Department of Planning and Development, and the Registrar. An auditorium and offices for the County Extension Service are also included in a separate phase. Services include the renovation, as well as plaza landscaping and parking. The existing Ballard’s Flour sign was retained and decorates the alley between the Extension Service warehouse and the annex.
