Fitts Architects designed this state of the art distribution facility for Greene Beverage Company which includes a 57,000 sf warehouse fitted with in-bay truck storage temperature monitoring systems to maintain optimum beverage temperature, 3,500 sf of training space, and a 3,700 sf office building. The building structure utilizes R-30 insulated metal panels. The company is moving from Rice Mine Road to better serve its customers and to enable expansion of it’s customer base. The facility will open in March. Services include the planning, design, and construction administration.
